Refund policy

You can come into store and we will be happy to refund or exchange an item within 14 days which is unused and in its original condition, with original proof of purchase.  If the item is a gift and you have a gift receipt, then you can make an exchange for an item which is the same value or more, unfortunately a gift voucher or change cannot be given from a gift receipt.

Unfortunately, earrings and cosmetic products cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons, and sale items and gift vouchers are non-returnable.

If you need to post a return to us, then you can do this within 14 days for a refund. Please email us to arrange any returns. All items must be returned in the condition they were received with: packaging, labels and tags still attached.
The original postage cost and the cost incurred to return your purchase will unfortunately not be refunded. We recommend you use a recorded service so your parcel can be easily tracked back to us, and that you obtain a 'proof of postage' receipt. We cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels.

Please allow up to 3 working days for us to process your return and refund, once we receive it. Please note: it can take your bank up to a further 10 days to show this refund in your account. If you have any problems with your order, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible and within 7 days.

Please enclose a note with your return including your: name, contact number, email address, original order number and original order date. Please return your items to:
